Our History

In 2006, we started off with several homemade versions of the product and tested them out at actual traffic intersections. After over a year of testing we saw that the brackets could hold up to extreme weather conditions and eliminated the wear and tear to the signal cables and span wire. We felt like we had a good design and a viable product.

So we started the long and arduous journey of trying to manufacture a product and bring it to market in the US. After saving a considerable amount of money, we were finally able to invest and by the equipment, tooling, dies, material, hardware, packing materials, legal protection, so on and so forth that was needed to enter the market.

We found a contract manufacturer to make the product. They requested that we make certain changes to our already proven design to help make manufacturing the product easier. Being naive and new to the manufacturing business we went along with their suggestions. This new design change led to lots of problems and heartaches. Then the economic meltdown of 2008 happened.

For a small start-up with very little capital this was probably the worst time to enter the market. But wait, there's more! Then our manufacturer's shoddy design change led to problems with the product and caused us to lose much time, money, and suffer greater setbacks.

We maneuvered through it all went back to our original design, and are happy to still be alive and kicking. We are finally seeing our first years of steady and stable growth. And we are looking to bring new products to market.
